Spring Breeze Changzhu·Zhezhong is located at the junction of Yiwu and Pujiang, two rich cities in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It covers an area of more than 1,170 acres. It was listed as the third batch of “Sloping Villages and Towns” pilot projects in Zhejiang Province in 2017. The project is located on the west side of the mountain depression of Wuda Road Village, Zhengjiawu, Pujiang County, Jinhua City, southeast of Guanyan Mountain Scenic Area, 15 kilometers away from Pujiang County downtown, about 15 kilometers away from Yiwu city center, and about 8 kilometers away from Yiwu high-speed railway station and airport. The Hangjinqu Expressway is about 2 kilometers away. As Pujiang's first health care project with health care + tourism as the development direction, it is also the first large-scale "Traditional Chinese Medicine Physiotherapy + Food Care + Residence" trinity project in central Zhejiang, which will effectively enhance Pujiang's external influence.
